Listing in Pending Status

I have a listing that is sitting in pending review status, going just over two weeks so I did the poke thing. My question is when these listings go into that status does it mean a moderator is going to review it? I know it says requires further review and may take up to several weeks so that makes me think someone is going to look at it, does that mean I should warn the client they may get a call from google or something?

Hi Grant,

So are you saying you claimed it 2 weeks ago and it stayed stuck in pending?

Or was it verified for awhile but just flipped to pending.

Let me know about verification timing because my answers would be different based on that information.

If I remember correct I entered the pin code from the verification card and it then went into the Pending Review status.

So you are saying you just verified 2 weeks ago?

Then I would not worry about it yet. Sometimes listings just get stuck in pending and it's just a delay in dashboard messaging.

Have you done a thorough audit to be sure nothing else is amiss in the edit screen? The location could have caused a problem for the reason you mentioned, or it could just be delayed messaging.

When you search live for phone # can you find it and does it have description or anything you entered in dash showing live yet?
