Local PR Consultant

Looking for a PR Consultant for a multi location service area business. We have talent in house for writing, photography, and "I studied PR in School". We'd ideally like to hire a for a couple of hours of consulting to get us on the right path, whether that's continuing with the talent we have or if we need an ongoing consulting relationship or a full time advanced hire. Any suggestions?
