Local Search Ranking Factors

Hello!

I was going through this article: Local Search Ranking Factors | Local SEO Best Practices for Ranking in Google +Local and thought it was a great find. However, I didn't check out the date immediately, and noticed that it is almost a year old. Does anyone know if something this extensive or more has been updated recently?

Many consider that report to be one of, if not THE most important report in the world of local search. I am one of those people

That is indeed the most recent to date. But I have a feeling that an updated version for 2013 is in the works.

So much is still relevant, but so much has changed.

The LSRF always comes out in late May / early June. Although David certainly is as busy as ever with his new duties at SEOMoz, I anticipate he'll be contacting us within a couple weeks to get crackin' on the 2013 edition.
