Looking for suggestions: blocked on GBP reinstatement

Hello everyone,

I have a client who recently started a new appliance repair SAB that's based out of their home. They setup their GBP incorrectly and it was instantly suspended.

I have fixed the GBP so that it now complies with Google guidelines along with launching their new website. When I submitted a reinstatement request I included their business license, but Google has responded with a boilerplate "this business isn't eligible" response. I followed up with Google response (in the original email thread) asking them if they received the business license in the original reinstatement submission (I also attached it to my email), but they have not responded to multiple follow-ups.

Am I missing anything here? Any suggestions on how I should proceed?

For appliance repair SABs you will need to send a lot more proof (utility bills, etc) as it's a spammy vertical.​
