Our company is looking for a reputable person to help build SEO link building campaigns geared toward targeting authoritative, powerful, and highly relevant websites based on each individual client's location. The majority of these clients are the Australia and the US.

Please note that we practice white hat SEO on our team, so we are not looking for link spammers, or agencies who utilize other questionable methods.

Your company is primarily focused on healthcare marketing (patient acquisition), so ideally you'd really want someone who specializes in that niche. That's not to say you couldn't have a company who doesn't specialize, but I think it could be more effective if you partner with someone in that niche.

Besides the healthcare angle... what exactly are you looking for? "SEO link building campaigns geared toward targeting authoritative, powerful, and highly relevant websites based on each individual client's location" sounds like you want link building for local clients/pages. Has your company conquered all the low hanging fruit opportunities?

If you've exhausted all these methods, then what it sounds like you need is social/influencer outreach. You need to start making relationships with editors and webmasters of sites in your niche.
