LSA message tracking

Does anyone have a good method of tracking leads/automating from LSA messages? I'm attempting to get a GHL number and use it for texting but not sure if this would work or not to receive message leads. Trying to get these messages into a CRM automatically. My other solution involved reading emails with Zapier, but if anyone has a better solution let me know thanks!

The LSA API might be good place to start:

It's a pretty standard interface

Leadferno (sponsored) is a good out-of-the-box option too.

Thank you both for the helpful responses, I just got API access to I'll be getting that working soon. Leadferno also looks good but I don't think I would need all of the features, just the LSA automating. The rest I would take care of in GHL. Thanks!
