LSA reviews to merge with GMB.

Finally Google has announced that LSA's will display GMB reviews. This should stop the spam LSA's!!!!

A few questions on this -

• Does this mean the spam LSA's with tonnes of fake reviews will be deleted?
• When is this all kicking in?

Anyone got the answers? Whats your thoughts?

It means that the GBP review algo will be applied to the reviews. That algo is more rigorous than the LSA algo and it means many reviews are likely to be removed.

As to implementation, it took about 3 months in the UK from notice to completion. That is probably a maximum in this case.

It was announced in the UK about 2 weeks ago. Everyone with a live LSA profile received an email.

Yep thats it. Some of the profiles still have a lot of fake reviews however.
