How do we get our Google+ Local page to merge with a duplicate

Hi,

We own quite a few branches and we have our own verified Google+ pages for each branch but we have found some duplicate pages out there which are unverified and we do not own, how do we get our verified page to merge with the unverified obe to avoid any duplicates.
