main cover photo question

Hi. Is there any way to remove or replace the cover photo on a GBP listing? We already have our cover photo inserted into the cover photo section. However, it keeps getting replaced when a customer posts his/her own photo.

So when you see our client's listing (who is a doctor) in the knowledge panel, you'll see a picture of the patient rather than the doctor's photo.

I've reported the photo so many times as "unrelated to the business", but Google hasn't done anything. Please help! Thanks.

There is no way to select the default photo. While Google loves user generated content (UGC), you can increase the odds your photo is selected. Upload a photo showing the staff outside the business. Google loves these types of photos.
