Hello! One of our clients had ALL locations listed in their GBP profile suspended. Their knowledge panels are no longer showing, they're out of the local pack and maps, and they only show in the organic serps. We're digging to see if they've done anything at scale to cause this to happen... they tell us the only thing they've done is added a new location that has not yet opened. Not ideal; they clearly should have waited until that location was officially opened, but would that trigger a suspension across all locations? The only other thing we can see is that they have one rejected product. Other than that, we're at a loss of what could have caused this.

It sounds like an account suspension. I would look at the managers and owners on all the listings and see which ones are listed on all the ones that are suspended. That account would be the likeliest issue.
