Merging the Company A with Company B

Is it possible to merge the GBP/Reviews of Company A with Company B? Company A is the main lead generator due to the reviews, and we would consider merging the two if that is an option.

Please let me know if it is possible to do so and what other details we need to take care of in case of merge, like citations, branding, etc.

It depends in the details. If company A is a lead gen company and company B delivers the service I don't think Google would move the reviews. Google typically only moves reviews if company B is the same company and experience as company A. Google seems to address these on a case by case basis.
