Missing BBB Reviews

Hello,

There has been a lot of industry chatter regarding Google missing reviews but has anyone experienced a drop on the Better Business Bureau? We lost about 100 reviews and after further investigation, any review older than 3 years is now gone. This significantly impacts our overall rating. Did anyone else notice a similar change?

I know for a fact that the BBB removes complaints older than 3 years. The BBB also removes reviews older than 3 years.

Did you mean 3 years here as well? I see lots of reviews that are older than 3 months.

Yes, it's 3 years for both. My brain defaulted to the fact that consumers discount reviews older than 3 months.
