This article from Saltech Systems suggests removing contact information from review replies as a way to prevent reviews from being removed. However, when our response team requires more information from the customer to investigate, we include an email address in the response so that the customer has a private way to submit said information.

Is there any validity to this suggestion? Has anyone seen evidence of this?
