All of the sudden, the listing I manager has over 70 review responses missing. The reviews are still there and a typical response would be directly from the owner, saying something like "thank you for nice comments and welcome to the family" or something along those lines. Maybe a glitch that I'm unaware of? How to handle this?
 
Sounds like a technical issue. If you want to post a thread over at the GMB forum with the details of the listing, I'd be happy to escalate it for you.
