We noticed today that all the stars for sites like RateMD, doctoroogle etc are missing in SERPS. the only sites showing Stars are Yelp, Healthgrades and G+. Anyone noticing this?
Not all sites have rich snippets implemented, which are what allow those stars to show up. As I recall, the ones you mentioned never did have stars showing in the SERPs.
