Multiple reviews changed to “A Google User”

I have a client who had 14 of his reviewers names changed to the basic “A google user”. It no longer shows the actual clients name on the review. Would anyone have any onsite on this? Happened overnight. I’m hopeful it’s just a bug with everything going on right now.

Are they just star ratings with no content? That's usually the culprit.
