About an hour ago the Bing Places dashboard updated right before my eyes, lol

But I noticed I lost about 20 listings!! The most recent ones just disappeared

They also removed some important info, like address, category, bios, and hours. I suggest checking it out!
 
I lost roughly 100 profiles! The profiles that are there are missing hours and descriptions etc. I am "assuming" they will fix this. I checked to make sure the lost profiles had a listing on Bing Maps and at least that is a yes- but I am unable to claim them... obviously, hoping it won't come to that.
 
Yes, same here. We have thousands and thousands of profiles on our account.

We did the chat thing yesterday and after about 45-60 mins the bot told us "Since our UI has recently launched with upgraded versions, all accounts with multiple listings and API access are now being assisted by the appropriate department through partneronbp@microsoft.com. For now, it’s the email. They have extensive access to the account and its associated listings. You may contact them via email to investigate why the listing is currently missing from the account."

We emailed them right away and have yet to receive a reply.

If anyone figures something out please post back here, and I will do the same.
 
I have also lost listings in this conversion. I honestly thought they removed the unmanaged listings since those are the ones in my account that seemed to disappear. I wasn't that concerned, but maybe it is a bigger issue than I thought!

I did the chat thing too and after 2 hours I was #1 and then it said "we are finding a rep to chat with you". Nothing happened after that.. waited like that for another 2 hours. Thank you for the email. I will try and reach out there too. Hopefully at some point it all just gets fixed. I would hate to have to go through the verification process again for all these clients. Please keep me updated if you find out anything more!
 
We are missing close to 170 listings. They were all listings the client gave us access to. The ones we manually created are in the dashboard. SO FRUSTRATING!
 
We too are facing this issue, thousands of listings in our account, but now 0. I was able to speak with BP (Bing Places) support who directed me to their partner support email. I also have not received a response from them as of yet. (I emailed them on Monday) I did post a question to a Microsoft Bing forum and a consultant had this to say:

"
Hello. You're not the only one seeing this. After the October 3rd update to Bing Places, several agencies have reported that many of their listings are missing from the dashboard. This appears to be affecting high-volume accounts, especially those managing multiple business profiles or using bulk/API upload features.

Multiple agencies have said that support directed them to escalate via this address: partneronbp@microsoft.com, which seems to be the internal contact for managing partner or bulk listing accounts post-update.

No fix has been published yet, and there’s no guarantee these listings will automatically reappear.

So for the moment: document which listings are gone, double-check account logins, then escalate directly to the contact above."


I guess time will tell..
