New business description above the address on GBP panel?

A client alerted me to this yesterday. We are seeing a one-line business summary appearing on their GBP panel.

We're not sure where the text is coming from - and it's inaccurate (of course).

It appears above the address, near the top. (see screencap) The lengthier business-provided description still appears lower down.

Any insight on where this is coming from, and where they can edit the text?

FWIW, the only place I can find similar text is a summary on an unverified listing on this directory site.

If you contact Google support, I've heard they can edit it to be factual.

Confirmed - they were able to correct it after only two interactions.
