New? Description of business in the SERP results map pack

Anyone else seeing this, note on the left side the description is included in the listings. I also noted this was in the 3-pack as well.

I could not trigger this on a search in another city, only my own.

Yeah I think I started seeing this a while ago but can't remember exactly when.
