Hi Guys,

Happy New Year!

Our client added a new business location around 30+ miles away from the first business location. When we created the new Google business profile for the new location, it was immediately marked as duplicate, suppressing us to verified the profile. We tried to appeal to Google providing them the lease aggreement of the physical office, some photos inside the office and outside of the building showing the business van and the building # as part of the address (though the business signage isn't available yet), But we haven't received any response from Google, even responding to their initial support email for the ticket. We tried sending the ticket twice but to no avail of their response.

Any Product Expert here that can give us advice with our issue is greatly appreciated.
