I have a law client who says that they are receiving new Google reviews according to the clients, but that the reviews are not appearing in the profile. I've seen situations before where Google filters reviews when they come from out of the local area, but that's not the case here. They are not fake. How would you go about troubleshooting this if all new reviews don't seem to be getting through for the past month? They are an established firm that has a long history of reviews since 2016. The profile isn't suspended.

Have the client get screenshots of the reviews that were posted and contact "Google support," I know they won't assist you, but keep the case ID and post in the help forum. The reviews will either be made live or they will tell you if the account is unable to get new reviews. I have seen several personal injury lawyers not able to get reviews for months.
