New owners/managers have caused many issues in the past like hijacking and deleted profiles. Now when a new user is added they must wait 7 days before they can make an edit or any profile change.

This may be a pain in the butt for agencies, but the benefits should outweigh the waiting time.

Great find, @BenFisher. A PITA, for sure, but at least it will minimize the potential harm of a hijacked GMB page. Presumably existing users can easily make any big changes that happen to be time-sensitive.

Thanks! It should also curb the whole, my profile was removed from the dashboard issue. As most of those cases were from a manual removal.
