Non-Reportable GBP Listing

Has anyone ever seen a listing like the one below. It's a duplicate but there is no way to "suggest an edit" on it.

Looks like that might be a listing that someone added directly to Google Maps and not via GBP. I wouldn't worry about suggesting an edit though. Contact GBP support and ask them to merge it into the correct listing.
