This algorithm must be incredibly difficult to get right. I would imagine that it's very hard to make Penguin work so that negative SEO is not effective!

Thanks so much Marie. I imagine it's incredibly hard to wait for those that have been buried due to penalties. But good point - def don't want the algo to allow competitive sabotage.
