I have a client who uploaded about 150 pictures to Google Drive and want them added to their GMB listings. Any easy way to get them added? I tried dragging and dropping them over but its not working

You could try downloading them to your computer, and then dragging and dropping. Or uploading in bulk.

But I wouldn't add them all at once. I'd add several a week, that way there is regular interaction with the listing. I would also do it from the client's account if possible since the account that uploads them is the only account that can remove them in the future.
