Things I would add:
Report competition that abuses your keyword in their name, suggest their real business name.
Don't get fake reviews. It will tank your ranking. Google uses factors like location, route/website requested,...
Get real reviews. Ask them to include a picture or video. Pay or give a discount for it.
Build citations in directories with consistent NAP
