Please Help me Reactivate my Business Account!

Our business page has been active for years. We moved, and decided to add an address to our account. That was when Google deactivated our listing. We sent supporting documents showing the address as requested, and it still was not reinstated. So we eventually removed the address and requested reactivation, and it was still denied. No idea what is wrong or what to do to fix this...
