Post Cards never arrived for ~3 months now

Hi, we have a second office in a different county, in the same state (about 40 miles drive distance), and we're trying to open a second Google Business Profile for it, but we already requested a new postcard 5 times and nothing arrives.

Any idea what's going on? Should we keep requesting every 2 weeks? Is there any chance to receive it?

As far as I can see, Google Business Profile doesn't let us verify the listing in any other way...

If the verification postcard doesn't arrive or you do not receive mail at your business address here is what you should do:

1. Request the postcard anyway
2. After five to ten days contact GMB Support via Sign in - Google Accounts
3. Explain that you have requested the postcard and it has not arrived

Google should be able to help you get verified manually as long as your business meets the eligibility requirements.

I'm in a very similar situation, I've done the steps above mentioned by Colan and after over a month, I'm still getting this response from Google:

We have escalated your concern for verification of your business profile to the specialist team and we´re awaiting a response from the concerned department. At this time we do not have any estimated time that we can give you. As soon as we get a response, we will get back to you via email on priority.

Try using a new mobile phone number (a number which has never been used on any GBP). In my country, GBP registrations using new mobile phone numbers will receive the 5-digit verification code via SMS immediately. No postcards will ever arrive.

It may work for your country... who knows...

Thanks! We're using a new phone number from CallRail (a business VoIP service to help track lead sources). Do you think the problem with the post card is because I'm not using a mobile phone number?

The best way to verify a business, at least for me, is automatically by Google Search Console. If your email is the same or has admin access to the GSC account with the domain listed, the validation is automatic.
