This is probably not new but the first time I noticed it:

Shows up when you still fill up service areas even when you have a physical location. Only shows that it's important to maximize features GMB gives as it could be used somewhere you may not know.

Haha. There are really things GMB adds that goes over a lot of people's eyes. But it is still interesting as I thought that part should only show to SABs but happy to add that to our profiles.
