Profile incomplete due to Google Workspace

Today I noticed that the profile was marked as incomplete, and the only option Google shows to complete it is to use Google Workspace. But firstly, I already use it for the same business under a different email, and second, why? And how to solve it?

You can ignore the profile strength score. It has nothing to do with rankings or performance.
