We're considered a chain, and I'm happy to see we're getting notifications now for Reviews & Q&A at our business profiles! Is this new? Anyone else managing chain/franchise locations notice the same?
I didn't think there was any possible automatic interactions with the Q&A profile (certainly not via the Dashboard), so that part is certainly news to me!

Review notification to the Gmail account that manages the dashboard have been there a while. I assume you could easily redirect them with a basic filter, though, if you wished.
