Quality Issue Suspensions

Morning!!

I have two cannabis clients located in Los Angeles: Puff LA & Hierba Dispensary and their listings are continuously suspended for quality issues. They get resuspended after a few weeks of being reinstated even though support reinstates them with no issues. I've just resubmitted Hierba for reinstatement, but does anyone know why this might be happening?

No edits were made to the listings after being reinstated so I am very confused why this keeps happening.
I can send images of the Hierba location if it would help!

There are too many reasons for the suspension. It could be a Google sweep, it could be the client making edits, or competitors reporting it as spam.
