We are working with a Real Estate company in St. Petersburg, FL. We started working on the project in the month of May this year. The business underwent a complete branding overhaul. We re-did their website with new branding.

They previously had 2 GBPs set up with the name of their main agents. We merged the GBPs of the agents and decided to keep only one GBP (with a hidden address) for their business. We have successfully updated the citations, worked on niche directories, optimized GBP, etc., but we do not see any success for the business in terms of local pack rankings. It has been around 5-6 months, and no rankings at all. What can be done to start seeing any sort of improvements in the local rankings?

I am happy to share the details of the business with the experts in DM.

Kindly advise.

It's very common for there to be dozens of listings for Realtors at the same address so 95% of them get filtered and don't rank anywhere. Are they using the brokerage address?

Real estate is a tough market to work in. It takes a lot more than citations to move the needle.
