Reinstatement delay

Hey All,

I have been doing GBP for a few years now and haven't run into this issue yet, but basically, I submitted a reinstatement request a month ago and have received no follow-up from Google for it. I know Google does not want you to submit more than once, so I have not done that. Does anyone have any recommendations on how I can get it moving along?

In our case, yes, we have the case ID - and, unfortunately - no one seems to help - 1-7089000035207
