Our client's business has been a victim of fake review scheme. There were 19 one-star ratings posted on the same day (on or around May 5, 2022) by users who only have one contribution listed in their profiles, with most users having similar names. All these reviews do not have a text, only ratings. The business had flagged these but they have not been resolved. We've also tried to contact GBP support, however per their automated reply they want you to use the Review Management tool which we were unable to use since it does not work for reporting a fake review scheme like this, and the business has a total of over 2000 reviews. What else can be done to get these reviews reported and removed since they are not coming from real users/customers and represent Deceptive content/fake engagement? I posted on Google Business Profile Help Community on May 23, but have not gotten any feedback. Thank you!
