Reopening GMB Location

Hi there!
More then a year ago we closed one of our locations and now we want to open it again. In GMB dashboard the location is marked as
"Permanently closed". This time we renting the office in a different address and not in the same office we rent before.
My question is should i reopen the old location and change it to the new address or should i open a totally new location in GMB?
