Hi Everyone,

I have a client whose GBP was suspended. I submitted the request to reinstate the GBP almost 2 weeks ago and it's still suspended. From what I understand, there isn't anything else I can do but wait. Is that correct? If anyone knows of anything else I can do, please let me know. It's seriously hurting his business.

History: They've been under attack for a couple of months now with fake negative reviews, people changing his business hours, marking his business as closed (once temporarily and once permanently). I think all the constant changes to his GBP led to the suspension.

Any help anyone can give would be greatly appreciated.

All you can do is wait it out. It is taking 4 weeks to hear back. You can’t expedite it through general support or the Help Forum.
