Results are different on search and in maps.

Is this a glitch? The SAB, which is Sparkly Maid in this case, doesn't show on the initial search but then shows up in the 'map pack' when you go into the map and reenter the search term. There are lots of examples of this in the service industry. Rankings change when you input the search term on the map.

I get the same first image. When I click to view more, you are listed as number 4 in the local finder.

Some of the GBPs we manage have shown the same volatility. Are the results the same for different key phases or pin points?

Yes, it's when the key phrases are refreshed/rentered on the maps that the results change. They look more like things were before the March update.

Rankings that "flicker" like this do happen from time to time. They are not frequent, but they are "normal".

SABs are still being hidden on some search results across multiple locations. The maps have been a mess for the last month.
