Review attributes gone missing

The last time I looked, I had the attribute "Professional" with it saying that it was used 15 times in my reviews. I also remember some other term being used 10 times. Now this is all I have:

Why would they deleted some of them? The term "professional" used in many reviews means something. The terms "house", "email", and "call" mean a lot less and have less of a reason to be shown, IMO.
