Review Count Discrepancy in Local Pack Listing and Location Extension in Ads

Our Google Business Profile has 329 reviews but our location extension in the ad shows 299 reviews when searched on Google. We want to know why this discrepancy is happening and how this can be fixed. We tried contacting GBP support but they keep sending automated replies and not addressing the actual issue. Please see the attached screenshot.

It's not updated in real time so if 30 of the reviews are from the last week, that is likely why.
