Hi,

We are having an issue with one of clients where they are getting a spam website called TopRankDental showing in the "Reviews from the Web" section above the actual google reviews. The website is Top Ranked Websites and Digital Marketing for Dentists | TopRankDental which has domain rating of 1 and I also called the number to remove our clients listing on the website and it was a completely different company that didn't know what I was talking about. They have a citation listing of our partners business that we did not create which is being pulled in the "Reviews from the Web" section.

Why is Google pulling reviews from a site that is clearly spam and doesn't show accurate reviews?

Same here, also the directory is not well thought of by dentists based on my reading in one of their forums, the basically pull negative reviews to show and then want to charge the dentist for a "verified listing" to have them removed. Also claim they source reviews from Google. My customer has hundreds of GBP reviews but this site only shows a handfull.

If the listing has completely false information on it that is not related to this business, you could try filing a DMCA request with Google to get it removed from the search results.
