Same keyword phrase in GMB Insights but separate results

I had an interesting discussion with a client today about the keywords where 2 exact keyword phrases were separate in the results page (see image). The only difference is Caps. Common sense tells me that the caps triggered separate results. But, i was under the impression that Google no longer differentiates between caps and non caps if the keywords are the same. Am i wrong, or is there a different reason for the separation in the results?
