Schema markup for Orthodontist... Dentist or Physician?

I'm curious to know what the best choice for schema markup for an orthodontist client. Personally, I think Dentist is a better fit. Or does it matter?

I would go with dentist since orthodontics is a specialized dentistry practice area.
