Seeing different category in search results

I noticed that Google is not displaying the primary category of the business in the search results but one of the secondary categories from the GMB. Check out the screenshot. Any idea?

working as intended, sometimes Google even shows categories you cannot choose.

It depends on what keyword you searched for...

Yes, we noticed this a lot when we were building GMB Everywhere. Usually it shows the category that closely matches the search term. This is also common on the Google Map search result page.
