Service Area Pages Affected by Recent Update

Looks like more sites daily as they are getting re-fetched automatically are being affected by the recent update. As someone who travels to various cities in different states to provide services, service area pages are essential. Looks like Google is pulling the H1 of the current page and using that vs what is set as Title in Yoast or RankMath. Starting to see phrases of other businesses show up like "Restoration Services in Dallas" VS before the update "Restoration Services in Dallas Texas - PowerDry Restoration"
