Stuck in Endless Loop to get hold of support

Backstory: Have listing that has been showing as "Processing" for a week in GBP. It does show as VERIFIED on back end. So its clearly stuck and needs to be unstuck by Google support.

I have tried to open two tickets on this and keep getting a canned email response that doesn't allow you to respond to it. Anyone have any sort of recommendation how I can get a hold of someone without getting this below.

I had to hop on another support ticket and then they helped me that way.
