Stuck in verification limbo for a year?

I have 2 GBP profiles out of 22 that show that they are not verified or visible. Google's status checker shows that they are verified. The two are clearly stuck in some kind of limbo and have been for almost a year. I can tell by the difference in how they appear in Google search results. I have opened every ticket possible last year to no avail and paid for a Google GBP consultant who just said that it was very interesting and that he couldn't do anything about it. I would delete it and create a new one, but don't want to lose all the reviews? It is very frustrating that Google will not acknowledge my support requests.

Any Ideas on how to get these fully verified?

Have you tried to contact Google using this form for verification issues? If not, I would 100% do that and ask them why the profiles are not visible, and what you need to do to get them visible.

The issue is that the verification checker and support tools all show it is verified, so it won't let me escalate the issue. But something is not fully approved, as seen in the image, leaving those profiles less functional than all my other locations.
