Submission Service for Select Directories?

Is there a submission service that allows me to hand pick what directories it submits to? Specifically directories like: Manta, Kudzu, Local.com, City-Data, Buzzfile, Localstack.

Or am I pretty much left to have to submit by hand if I don't want to submit to other directories at the same time?
