Suspended duplicate business

Hello!

I am new to GMB. I have encountered what looks like a suspended, duplicate business listing. The addresses are mostly the same except for the difference in street abbreviation.

However, the suspended listing appears to be a near up-to-date copy of the verified listing. Is this normal?

• Both listing have the same reviews
• The suspended listing reflects reviews made on the verified listing

I think the best move would be to merge the two together. Am I correct? If so, what's the best way to process this merger?

If the other listing is live, I would just delete the suspended one from the dashboard. You might want to double-check that there are no review replies or photos missing.
