Suspended Profile... and Appeals tool does not work...?

Hey everyone!

I have created several practitioner profiles for the attorneys of our client, a law firm. They have all been created the same way, but one of them got suspended right away. I cannot find any reason for this, so I have been trying to appeal the suspension via the provided support link(s), i.e., the Google Profile Business Appeals Tool.

I follow the process, select the respective profile, and this is what I get:

I click "Close"...

...and that's it!

I do not even get the OPTION to submit an appeal... Am I doing something wrong??? If I click on the "Learn more about how to appeal...," it just takes me back to the start. I am seriously confused here. Any ideas?

What happens when you click on the blue appeal button in the email you would have received?

What happens when you click on the blue appeal button in the email you would have received?

That's the thing... I did not receive any. Would it go to the manager account, or the owner account only?

I think it can/should go to both.
